As a landlord, you can arrange to have the electric account for your rental property automatically put in your name when your tenant requests service to be taken out of their name. Just complete and sign the landlord agreement form, return to us, and there is no interruption of service between tenants. The agreement minimizes phone calls to property owners when tenants discontinue service. The agreement does not prevent the service from being disconnected if the tenant fails to pay a deliquent bill.
