Steuben Rural Electric Cooperative, Inc. is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors, who are elected by the membership at the Cooperative's Annual Meeting in October each year.  Each director is elected to serve a three-year term.  The Board of Directors meets monthly to establish policies and direct the business of the Cooperative.

Robert Nichols - Vice President District 7 - Towns of Addison, Erwin, Corning, Tuscarora, Lindley
Randy Stankey - Director District 8 - Cattaraugus County
William Moss III - Director District 9 - Chautauqua County
 
Members can address the board at its monthly meeting by submitting a "Director Meeting Attendance Request Form" to the General Manager at least 15 calendar days prior to the scheduled meeting date.

All Meetings are held at the Bath District office at 4:30 pm with the exception of the August 17, 2022 meeting, which is scheduled to be held at the Cherry Creek District office at 10:00 am.
