Always report your power outage! We may not know your power is out.
Reporting an Outage
When your power goes off, there are a few things you can do to help us in restoring your power as quickly as possible.
- Check your panel box (breaker or fuse box). Make sure that they have not tripped or blown.
- If possible, check with your neighbors and find out if their power is off.
- Call a Cooperative office to report an outage anytime, 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.
- Our Bath office may be reached by calling (607) 776-4161 or (800) 843-3414.
- Our Cherry Creek office may be reached by calling (716) 296-5651 or (800) 883-8236.
- You can also report your outage from the SmartHub app.
- Please have your name, service address, current telephone number and account number ready for our member service representative's.
- Please let us know if you heard or saw anything that may help us locate the cause of the outage.
- Do not use Email or Facebook to report your outage as we don't monitor it 24/7.
Short Term Power Interruptions
Short term power interruptions are one of the most difficult to locate. The more information we can gather from our members, the easier this task becomes.
- Record the time of day and length of the interruptions.
- Record the number of interruptions.
- Call a Cooperative office to report the interruptions.

- Please have your name, service address, current telephone number and account number ready for our representative.
- Let us know the specific details that you recorded.
Transmission Outages
If you have been told by the Cooperative's staff that your outage was a transmission outage and you need to file a complaint, please complete a complaint form to be mailed to the Public Service Commission.
